One in the House is a beguiling mix of local artists’ work displayed over three creaky floors of a diminutive former pub. We are proud to host and warmly invite you to view ‘Urban Light’, an exhibition of urban landscapes and figure studies by local artist, Andy Beck. Working in high quality acrylic on canvas, the vibrant pallet and clearly defined brush strokes bring a sculptural quality to the paintings.

Adding depth and humour is Donya Coward’s contemporary sculptural artwork best described as ‘Textile Taxidermy’. Combining crochet and knit with antique and reclaimed materials, these elements are then transformed into vibrant and dramatic sculpture that elevate traditional craft materials and naïve techniques to the realm of contemporary fine art.
